Breakfast

Breakfast is important for the body and keep it working all day, you must eat breakfast because if you don’t eat breakfast you will feel more appetite.

Meal 1:

Ingredients:

  • Batter
  • Oil
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Grated carrot
  • Chopped green chili (if needed)

Procedure:

Add oil and butter in a saucepan on a low flame, spread it as you want, then add chopped onion, chopped potatoes, grated carrot, chopped green chili if you want to add and then flatten all these ingredients with spatula, cook one side for 3-4 minutes, and flip this side to cook another side for 4-5 minutes, flip it again and cook again for 4-5 minutes. Now it’s ready to eat.

You can eat it with mint coriander green sauce, you can include this in lunch and dinner too.

Meal 2:

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • Chopped broccoli
  • Low-fat beans
  • Salsa
  • Chopped onion
  • Olive oil

Procedure:

Add olive oil in a pan and add four egg whites and one complete egg, one quarter chopped broccoli, 2 tbsp low-fat beans, one quarter chopped onion and salsa, mix them all and cook for a while.

It helps in boosting metabolism and cleanse the body inside. And helps in losing weight too. You can also lose weight by watching free online diet plans as well, for a better result.

Lunch:

  • Vegetables
  • Grilled chicken
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli
  • Olive oil
  • Sardines
  • Green salad

Procedure:

Mix all these ingredients and eat your healthy meal. It reduces extra body fat. You can lose 10kg weight in a week without starving by choosing a good meal plan for you but remember never skip your meal because it affects adversely.

Dinner:

Eat 1 cup oatmeal in the dinner; you can add flax seeds, fruits in it. Oats satisfies in losing weight and cholesterol level, if you want to add something more in dinner, you can choose cucumber, carrots, and sprouts.

 

After Dinner Meal plan for extreme weight loss:

After dinner or before going to bed, use green tea at least one hour before sleep, because it helps in reducing weight and belly size as well.
